It depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Most shipments in Southern Ontario and Quebec arrive within 2 business days. Orders shipped to other provinces may take between 3 and 5 business days.
Most suppliers of personal care products offer a money-back guarantee. This varies but usually is between 45 and 100 days. Shipping errors and initial failures will be handled by us via exchange or refund. For hygienic reasons personal care replacement parts and accessories are not returnable once the have been opened or used.
All returns must have a “Return Authorization” number. Please call us for this number prior to returning merchandise. Returns received without this RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper.
Once the order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number. The shipping companies we use have websites where the shipments can be tracked.

We are currently shipping orders within Canada only.
Yes, we ship the orders in one package unless there are multiple items ordered and some item(s) are on back-order. The back-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately without a shipping charge.
