Orders and Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped the same or next business day. We usually ship by courier (GLS, UPS, ICS, Canpar, Purolator) The delivery time varies with your location. Most packages are delivered in between 1-5 business days. Shipments to P.O. box addresses are shipped by Canada Post.

No, we do not keep any credit card information on our server or in our store. Orders placed by phone will have the credit card information shredded as soon as the order has been processed.
As a registered corporation in Ontario we are obligated to collect all applicable Canadian taxes.

If you need to return or exchange an item
Returns and Exchanges
Most personal care products come with a manufacturers money back guarantee. Products covered by this policy must be returned to the manufacturer within the time period for a full refund.
Personal care products cannot be resold by us once they have been opened or used.
Product that has been damaged in shipment or orders that were mishandled by us can be returned to us and we will issue a replacement or refund.
If the item shipped is not what was ordered, we will issue a replacement or refund once the item has been returned to us.
Packages damaged in shipment will be dealt with by us. Either sending a replacement order or issuing a refund.
Please ship authorized returns to the address on your invoice.
You can always email us or call us during regular business hours.

Yes, as long as we have time to make the correction or change before the order is shipped. We usually ship orders within 24 hours.
Products currently out of stock can be pre-ordered by phone or you can enter your email address on the out of stock item page and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.
